Anesthesia

In conjunction  with  traditional anaesthesia, the Center also offers mild sedation with nitrous oxide (laughing gas) It has a soothing , relaxing and analgesic effect and allows for minimal local anaesthesia during procedures.

Nitrous oxide is exhaled and well as inhaled thus eliminating toxins through breathing rather than excreting through the kidneys  and the bloodstream. Recuperation time post-op allows one to drive after only 20 minutes.

The scientific and medical world considers nitrous oxide to be the sedation of choice. Conscious inhalation of nitrous oxide is particularly appropriate for dental surgeries.  Nitrous oxide neither anesthetizes nor provides analgesic action but has indisputable advantages for numerous medical procedures.
